Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1,000
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
• Consumable products (tobacco, flavors, coals) are non-returnable
• Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Order cancellations are accepted only for orders in "Pending" status before dispatch
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method
