Our Returns Policy

At Thugs Life Shisha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Item must not be a consumable product (tobacco, flavors, coals)
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Shisha tobacco and flavors (opened or unopened)
  • Hookah coals and heating products
  • Mouth tips and hose accessories (if opened)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and vouchers

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  • Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
  • Ship the item back to our store or drop it off at our Delhi location

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection takes 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You'll receive email confirmation once refund is processed

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
  • No need to return damaged items in most cases
