Product Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need a different size, color, or product. Our exchange policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for eligible items.
Exchange Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
- Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is not a consumable or hygiene product
- Proof of purchase is available
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Shisha tobacco, flavors, and consumables
- Charcoal and heating products
- Mouth tips and personal accessories (if opened)
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items showing signs of use or damage
How to Exchange
Follow these simple steps to exchange your product:

Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order details and exchange request.
Get Approval
Our team will review and approve your exchange request within 24-48 hours.
Ship or Drop
Send the item back or drop it at our Delhi store with the original packaging.
Receive New Item
Once verified, we'll ship your new item within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Costs
Same Value Exchange
If you're exchanging for an item of equal value:
- No additional payment required
- Customer pays return shipping (₹50-100 depending on location)
- We cover shipping for the replacement item
Higher Value Exchange
If the new item costs more:
- Pay the price difference via UPI, bank transfer, or at pickup
- Customer pays return shipping
- We cover shipping for the replacement item
Lower Value Exchange
If the new item costs less:
- The difference will be refunded to your original payment method
- Or credited as store credit for future purchases
- Refund processing takes 5-7 business days

For the fastest exchange experience, visit our store in person:
- Bring the item with original packaging and receipt
- Our staff will inspect and process the exchange immediately
