- Fragile items are marked and handled with extra care

Tracking Your Order
- Tracking number provided via email within 24 hours of shipping
- Track your order through our website or carrier's website
- WhatsApp updates at each shipping milestone
Delivery Attempts
- Courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- If unsuccessful, package will be held at nearest hub for 7 days
- Unclaimed packages are returned to us (return shipping may apply)
